Starting from the 26th of August 2014 and continuing for the past few days, Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa bestowed precious transmissions on the four preliminary contemplations in a very vast and detailed way and now Guru Vajradhara is teaching refuge and prostration practice instructions which is part of the four foundation practices of Mahamudra.
At the same time, detailed instructions on the Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer combined with meditation sessions are also being led by Guru Vajradhara. It is a unique and fortunate opportunity for everyone who has managed to participate.
