From the 1st of April 2016 Guru Vajradhara The 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa began the auspicious Mahamudra transmission, using the text called Mahamudra Ocean of Certainty at the main shrine hall of Tergar Monastery.

This transmission is the first year of a seven-year transmission and practice and will be done in accordance with the unbroken lineage of Mahamudra.

There had been a long-standing request by many students from various countries who are fortunate enough for this holy venture to happen this very year at the holy place of Bodhgaya, in Tergar monastery.

Among the receivers of this profound transmission are foremost The Very Venerable Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Very Venerable Bo Gangkar Rinpoche, Very Venerable Gyalton Rinpoche, Venerable Pong Re Rinpoche, Venerable Drub Gyu Rinpoche and Venerable Tsewang Kuncheb Rinpoche, prominent Rinpoches and spiritual heart sons of Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa from Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat.

This transmission of the practice lineage is scheduled for 7 days with extensive transmission and practices.
