On the afternoon of December 7, Guru Vajradhara the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa gave a teaching to over three hundred Dharma students from all over the world. The teaching took place at the main temple of the Palpung Sherabling Monastic College.

Guru Vajradhara gave the international Dharma students an extensive teaching and heartfelt words of advice, beginning with general guidance on practicing what is beneficial and abandoning what is negative. He continued the lecture by explaining that the Buddhist teachings can be extremely beneficial at this present time, when although the progress in the outer fields of science and technology has reached its summit, inner mental suffering has increased and become more evident. Therefore, he advised, we have to be mindful that whatever we do, we do it with sincerity, purity and ability.
