On June 5, 2025 - World Environment Day - the Environmental Protection Department of Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat, in collaboration with the environmental team from the neighboring village of Bir, organized a joint environmental cleanup campaign. Members of the monastic community and the local team participated in the initiative to clean the area along the road to Bir. The effort included collecting trash and sorting it for recycling.
