Mr Harry Milward, aged 95 from Samye Ling Centre in Scotland has been a devoted student of his root Guru Kenting Tai Situpa for many years. From Kenting Tai Situpa he received teachings and instructions of the Mahamudra Ocean of Certainty over seven years, and has diligently fulfilled all the commitments related to this transmission of Mahamudra practice.

Recently Harry came to Delhi and spent three days with his root Guru to receive further teachings and blessings. As he prepared to return to Scotland with his son David, Harry said 'Each time I see Tai Situpa he makes me feel younger'.
