Regretfully, His Holiness Minling Trichen Rinpoche passed away recently(2/9). This is a very big loss for all of humanity and especially for the Buddhist world. The 12th Kenting Tai Situpa felt this enormous loss deeply as the appearance of such a great master is so very rare on this planet at this time. With this in mind, Palpung Sherabling monastic seat immediately dispatched an official representative to pay condolences to the family of His Holiness Minling Trichen Rinpoche and to the Venerable Khorchen Rinpoche.

On February 16th of this month, the General Secretary of Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat, Lama Tsewang Drakpa and Lama Tsering Dakpo, the resident Lama at Dheradhun Palpung Branch monastery were sent by Kenting Tai Situpa to make offerings as the Holy Body of the late Holiness was moved to the main shrine of Mindrol Ling monastic Seat.
