On April 2nd, 2009, at the request and invitation from Tibetan Children's Village School in Lower Chauntra in Mandi, India, Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa visited the students graduating from the 10th grade class. Students received both their certificates and a blessing from the hand of Kenting Tai Situpa.

Kenting Tai Situpa also blessed the shrine of the school which now has a new set of TENGYUR Texts and transmissions of the Boddhisattva Manjushri. At that time, all students and staff received a very simple and profound teaching, containing advice for everyone at the school. The advice focused on the importance of education for everyone and the importance of upholding Samaya between teachers and students, parents and children and of course Gurus and disciples.To finish, the School's principals expressed gratitude to Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa for his blessings and profound teaching.
