On the March 30, 2009 Lama Topchu La and an assistant left for the Palyul Monastic Seat in Mysore, India. The purpose of their voyage was to make offerings on behalf of the Palpung Monastic Seat administration for the Parinirvana of H.H Penor Rinpoche. Offering prayers for swift rebirth were made and a condolence letter from Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa for Palyul Thegchog Namdrol Shedrub Dhargey Ling Sangha was presented by the envoys. On April 2nd, 2009 elaborate offerings were made for the Namdol Ling Sangha in addition to offerings to the throne of the late H.H. Penor Rinpoche on behalf of the Palpung Labrang administration. We pray that the reincarnation of Penor Rinpoche appears soon without hindrance and for the benefit of all sentient beings.
