Over the years many Karma Kagyu Rinpoches and Khenpos have requested that Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa bestow a detailed transmission of the Mahamudra Ocean of Certainty to Sangha who have a serious interest in receiving this from the lineage. As a result of these requests, Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa has kindly accepted to do so, and teachings began on September 4th 2009. This set of teachings will continue non-stop for the next three months. The only participants are Rinpoches, Kenpos, Lamas, monks and nuns who have Getsul and Gelong vows. During these three months, participants' time is dedicated exclusively to receiving the transmissions and doing the practices, all day every day. Each day consists of six meditation sessions starting from the contemplation of the four preliminaries, the four extraordinary practices and the four foundation practices etc. Those participants who have not yet completed the Karma Kagyu foundations (Ngondro), concentrate on completing the required 110000 prostrations as well as the other three foundations that follow, within the duration of this three-month transmission.
