On February 27th, 2010 the Tai Kwando Department of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi held it’s annual competition. This year Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa was the guest of honor. As requested Rinpoche gave elaborate advice to the martial artists on the importance of harmonizing body and mind in the demonstration of any kind of art and how this advice most especially applies to the martial arts.
