On July 15, 2010, Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat held a Graduation Ceremony for new Khenpos and Lopons at Palpung Sherabling Lungrig Jampal Ling Monastic College for Higher Buddhist Studies. Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa interrupted his retreat to honour the graduates at the ceremony. Kenting Tai Situpa distributed certificates to 7 new Khenpos and 5 Lopons in addition to giving teachings to all sangha during ceremony. Kenting Tai Situpa also appointed a new Discipline Master and two Assistant Discipline Masters, as well as a kitchen manager. That evening, new staff members were appointed at (Tsog Dra) Monastery and new Retreatants were appointed with different responsibilities according to their individual capacities. The same evening, the Palpung Sherabling Lungrig Jampal Ling Monastic College for Higher Buddhist Studies held a debate between newly graduated Khenpos and students on a variety of different subjects. On July 17 2010, the new Khenpos had an audience with H.H. 17th Gyalwa Karmapa at Sidhbari.
