The Guru Dorje Drolo practice puja was held at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat, from January 26th, 2011 through Feb 04, 2011. Guru Dorje Drolo is a wrathful manifestation of Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) and is one of his 8 main manifestations.

The Puja was lead by Vajra master Pongri Rinpoche and attended by many young Rinpoches and puja monks.

February 1st is the is the 29th day of the 11th month of the Tibetan lunar Calendar. On this day the long and complex Torgyak Ritual was performed for dispelling obstacles for the entire Karma Kagyu lineage. On February 3rd 2011, a fire offering was performed.
