At the request of some followers of the Buddhadharma, from the 1st to the 6th of November 2013 Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa has bestowed teachings on the practice of Ngyungney and bestowed the empowerment of Thousand Arm Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva) at the Indian National Center in New Delhi. The teaching was followed by a set of Ngyungney practice done by the participants led by the ordained Sangha.
