In response to their request, Guru Vajradhara The 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa visited the Tibetan Medical & Astro-science Institute (Men-Tsee-Khang) on August 29, 2017, where he turned the wheel of Dharma of the profound pure vision of Yuthog Yonten Gonpo, King of Physicians and composer of the Four Medical Tantras.

As well as conferring the empowerment of the Yuthog Nyingthig Guru Yoga to a large audience which was headed by the Institute Director and which included both students and local members of the general public, Guru Vajradhara The 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa gave profound advice on the importance of basing all activities of study and practice of Tibetan sciences in general and Tibetan medicine in particular on an altruistic intention.

Guru Vajradhara The 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa also spoke about remembering the kindness of past masters who established and preserved our religion and culture and the importance of following their example and instructions. He talked about the value of maintaining a healthy body and a joyful mind, as well as the necessity of practicing virtue both now and in the future.
