On October 24, 2023, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa traveled by air from Jakarta and arrived at Borobudur Palpung Padmasambhava Monastery in Magelang, where he was warmly welcomed by the organizers of the visit and disciples.

In the morning of October 26, Guru Vajradhara, accompanied by his retinue and disciples, embarked on a pilgrimage to the sacred site of Borobudur. There, he conducted extensive prayers for the welfare of the Dharma and sentient beings. In the afternoon, at Palpung Padmasambhava Monastery, he imparted the reading transmission of the teaching and meditation sessions of the fifth year of the Mahamudra transmission, which he taught earlier in this year, to disciples who were unable to receive it at that time. Additionally, he provided essential instructions on these practices.

The following morning, also at Palpung Padmasambhava Monastery, Guru Vajradhara presided over the Guru Padmasambhava puja, which comprises practices of the Three Roots, based on the profound Dzogchen cycle of "The Gathering of All Jewels." In the afternoon, he led the Mahakala puja, incorporating rituals of enjoining enlightened activity and amendment.
