On October 28 and 29, 2023, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa delivered teachings on the topics of "The Ground, Path, and Fruition" and "Karma: Cause and Result" at Palpung Padmasambhava Monastery, situated in the vicinity of the sacred site of Borobudur. The event was organized by WALUBI (the All-Indonesia Federation of Buddhist Organizations) and Palpung Indonesia.
Before an international audience of students, Guru Vajradhara elucidated the fundamental nature or ground of all phenomena, the stages of meditation constituting the path, and the means to actualize the fruition. While expounding on the topic of karma, he introduced classifications of karma and its functioning, followed by presenting meditation instructions on how to purify it based on an uncommon sacred method.

Moreover, following the adornment of the temple with an elaborate arrangement of offerings reminiscent of offering clouds emanated by Samantabhadra, Guru Vajradhara imparted the reading transmission of "The Seven Points of Mind Training" and conferred the bodhisattva vows. For those desiring to receive them, he also bestowed the upasaka vows of formal refuge in the Three Jewels.
After concluding all virtuous activities during this auspicious visit to Indonesia, which included numerous audiences, question-and-answer sessions, blessings, and consecrations as per the disciples' requests, Guru Vajradhara safely returned to the Indian capital of New Delhi on November 3. There, he received the customary welcome from Indian and Bhutanese government officials.
