From December 8, 2023, second-year students of the preliminary classes in Sanskrit grammar participated in the annual examination, conducted over a total of four days under the guidance and supervision of the teachers and staff at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat's Dönnyi Norbui Gatsal University of Buddhist Sciences. The exams covered poetics, lexicography, the history of Buddhism, Hindi, Sanskrit, Lantsa script calligraphy, and the memorization of root texts upon which these classes were based.
