On October 18, 2024, sports teams from Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat's various education departments gathered at the monastic seat's football ground and began this year's summer sports tournaments, which were organized by Palpung Munishasan Dharma Chakra Sangh with funds provided by Palpung Lhagsam Chöde. The teams then competed in football and cricket tournaments and on October 22, the 2024 summer sports tournaments were joyfully wrapped up with awarding trophies to the winning teams.
