On November 15, 2024, at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat in India, an inauguration ceremony marked the completion of a natural water purification project. Organized by the Palpung Munishasan Dharmachakra Sangh in collaboration with "Active Peace" and the "Living Peace Project," the initiative provides chemical-free drinking water while preserving its natural mineral content.

Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa presided over the ceremony, which was attended by special guests, including water specialist Brigitte van Baren, local Member of Parliament Kishori Lal, Central Tibetan Administration's Health Department Secretary Jampa Phuntsok, and BJP Central Government spokesperson Shazia Ilmi.

The speakers delivered presentations and shared experiences on several key topics, such as the interdependence of the environment and human life, body, sustenance, and survival with water, the importance of caring for water resources, and the health benefits of consuming clean drinking water. They also highlighted the critical issue of global warming, which is accelerating the melting of ancient glaciers and ice—essential sources of drinking water.

Representatives from local organizations and monks from the monastic seat's colleges also participated in the event. The ceremony concluded with the presentation of tokens of appreciation to the guests and the official inauguration of the Educational Living Water Cycle Building.
