In celebration of the auspicious occasion of Lama Özer Rabgye—a great threefold vajra holder and tutor of Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situ Pema Dönyö Nyinje—reaching the remarkable age of 105 years, a special long-life ceremony was requested by Palpung Lhagsam Chöde.

Accordingly, beginning on March 5, 2025, at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat in India, His Eminence Chungpo Gyalton Rinpoche presided over The Embodiment of Secrets Longevity Sadhana, performed meticulously by the assembled tulkus, lamas, khenpos, and the entire community of monks and nuns.

On the morning of March 7, Yongzin Lama Özer Rabgye was escorted to the monastic seat's main temple, where, in the presence of gathered monastics and devoted followers, monks and nuns representing all departments of Palpung Sherabling and Palpung Lhagsam Chöde together offered him a mandala along with the three sacred representations of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind. The ceremony also included a presentation of his life story, followed by an elaborate longevity ritual, during which a complete set of symbolic offerings was presented to him in the traditional sequence.
