On March 22, 2025, the Master of the Buddha's Teachings Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa presided over a meeting with the khenpos, teachers, and staff of the Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat's Monastic College. During this gathering, Guru Vajradhara appointed an interim replacement for the outgoing Head Khenpo, replaced the discipline master, and assigned several new scripture teachers for affiliated monastic colleges in India, Nepal, and Bhutan.

Along with these new appointments, Guru Vajradhara offered guidance and advice on proper conduct and responsibilities. He also expressed his appreciation and commendation for the sincere dedication shown by the outgoing staff members in their service to the Buddha's teachings, acknowledging their thorough fulfillment of their duties.
