The specialized training program in Tibetan medicine and astrology, which began on March 19, 2025, at Donnyi Norbui Gatsal University of Buddhist Sciences at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat in India, has been successfully completed. This comprehensive training for the second batch of medicine and astrology students, which combined theoretical instruction and practical application, was delivered by specially invited expert instructors.

The closing ceremony was held on March 27, attended by a representative from the Central Council of Tibetan Medicine as the chief guest, along with the General Secretary of the monastic seat, and the university's teachers, staff, and students. During the ceremony, the principal presented a detailed summary report of the training activities, after which the chief guests awarded certificates to all participants. The monastic seat's General Secretary and the chief guest then delivered speeches. The ceremony concluded auspiciously with prayers for the welfare of the Buddhist teachings and all sentient beings.
