Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa recently completed a hundred-day retreat of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, preceded by preliminary practices of Hayagriva and Vajrakilaya. This retreat was dedicated to the longevity of the sole eternal refuge, His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama.

In response to numerous requests from devoted followers, on August 10, 2025, at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat in India, Guru Vajradhara then bestowed the White Tara longevity empowerment to approximately one thousand faithful devotees from the monastic seat itself and the nearby Tibetan settlements including Bir, Chauntra, Tashi Jong, Dharamshala, and Tso Pema.

During the empowerment, Guru Vajradhara emphasized the vital importance of cultivating sincere aspirations to lead a meaningful life in harmony with the Dharma. He urged everyone to develop virtuous intentions and conduct as a means of ensuring the long life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's long life and fulfilling his wishes. Guru Vajradhara further explained that maintaining wholesome intentions at all times forms the essential foundation for both physical well-being and mental happiness. In this way, he bestowed profound and precious guidance beneficial not only for this life, but also for future lives.
