In response to a joint invitation from the Department of Education of the Central Tibetan Administration and Tibetan Children's Village School Chauntra, on August 18, 2025, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa attended the opening ceremony of the Dialectics Symposium for students from several schools, held at TCV Chauntra in connection with the celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's 90th birthday.

Guru Vajradhara was welcomed to the assembly hall with an elaborate reception by all the school's teachers and staff, the General Director of TCV Schools, students from various institutions, officials from the Central Tibetan Administration, leaders of local organizations, and the general public from surrounding areas. After Guru Vajradhara lit a butter lamp and paid homage to the sacred representations, traditional tea and sweet rice were served, accompanied by the singing of the national anthem and auspicious melodies.

The Principal of TCV Chauntra then delivered a welcome address, followed by two officials from the Department of Education of the Central Tibetan Administration, who spoke on the importance and objectives of the symposium. Students from four schools demonstrated dialectical debate, after which Guru Vajradhara addressed the gathering, speaking about the historical development and significance of Tibetan religion and culture in general, and particularly the science of dialectics. He especially commended all the teachers and students who are working to uphold and develop dialectics in the schools in accordance with His Holiness the Dalai Lama's vision, and he presented commemorative gifts to representatives from each participating school.

The auspicious opening ceremony concluded with a speech of gratitude from the Principal and a group photograph with all the participants.
