On October 26, 2025, in response to the earnest requests and arrangements made by the Moscow Palpung Dharma Study Group, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa graciously bestowed an online teaching to approximately one thousand devoted disciples from Moscow and various other cities across Russia.

In his discourse, Guru Vajradhara imparted profound guidance on loving-kindness and compassion as the fundamental basis for all happiness and positive qualities. He elucidated the critical importance of developing conceptual understanding, contemplative insight, and direct experience of these qualities. Guru Vajradhara also provided detailed meditation instructions on the practice of exchanging self and others, explaining how to implement these teachings in daily life.

Furthermore, he emphasized the significance of wisdom that correctly perceives the nature of reality, offering comprehensive guidance beneficial for both immediate well-being and ultimate liberation.
