In response to the earnest requests of the luminary of the Buddha's teachings, His Eminence Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa, the sole refuge and master of the treasury of the definitive secret Mahamudra, commenced the Mahamudra transmission "Pointing Out the Dharmakaya" at Tergar Ösel Ling in Nepal on May 8, 2026.

The audience included Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Chungpo Gyalton Rinpoche, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, and Taklung Dopa Rinpoche, together with tulkus, retreat masters, khenpos, acharyas, and monastic assemblies of monks, nuns, and tantrikas from Karma Kagyu monasteries in Nepal and abroad, as well as devoted Dharma students from the Himalayan region and numerous countries around the world. In total, more than two thousand disciples were in attendance.

Integrating the hearing lineage and pith instructions of the ocean of Kagyu siddhas transmitted in succession from the glorious Saraha and his spiritual heirs with his own meditative experience, and presenting them with clarity, precision, and illustrative examples, Guru Vajradhara formally commenced the teaching and meditation sessions on the concise treatise on coemergent Mahamudra, "The Transmission Pointing Out the Dharmakaya."
