On May 29, 2026, in response to the request of Benchen monastery in Nepal, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa graciously paid a special visit to Benchen Phuntsok Dargyeling, situated near the great self-arisen stupa of Swayambhu. He was welcomed with an elaborate traditional golden ceremonial procession led by the foremost master of scripture and reasoning, Kyabje Drubwang Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche, and Kyabje Tenga Yangsi Rinpoche, together with the leadership of the Benchen monastic community, as well as Tibetan and Himalayan communities and devoted disciples who had traveled from various parts of the world, and was escorted to his residence.

The following day, at the completion of the preliminary three-day practice of the "Embodiment of Secrets" longevity sadhana, Kyabje Drubwang Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche served as vajra master while the entire Benchen community offered an elaborate long-life ceremony to Guru Vajradhara. The two masters then spent quality time together in private, sharing a noon meal and enjoying relaxed conversation. Finally, the khenpos, tulkus, and attendants of Guru Vajradhara's entourage had the good fortune of being granted audiences with Kyabje Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche and Kyabje Tenga Yangsi Rinpoche, offering them a mandala along with the three sacred representations.
