On June 4, 2026, at Tergar Osel Ling, as the auspicious conclusion of the grand inauguration and consecration of the monastery's newly completed outer structures and inner sacred supports, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa graciously bestowed the ripening empowerment of the principal yidam of the Karma Kagyu tradition, the Great Mother of all the buddhas of the three times, the exalted Vajrayogini in the form of the five-deity mandala of Vajravarahi.

Guru Vajradhara bestowed both the preparatory and actual empowerment upon the assembly headed by the sun that illuminates the teachings of the Practice Lineage, Kyabje Drubwang Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche, along with tulkus, khenpos, and monastics upholding the three sets of vows, and many thousands of devoted disciples who had gathered from local regions as well as from countries near and far.

In conjunction with the empowerment, Guru Vajradhara also generously bestowed ethical guidance and advice on what to adopt and what to avoid, beneficial for both this and future lives.
