On October 13, 2026, at the conclusion of the sacred transmission on the exalted White Tara bestowed upon the assembly of devoted disciples from around the world, Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa conferred the empowerment of the virtuous exalted White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the great mother of all the buddhas of the three times.

In conjunction with this, for the devoted practitioners seeking liberation, Guru Vajradhara conferred the refuge vows. In connection with this, he bestowed instructions on what to adopt and avoid in relation to refuge, the commitments to be observed, and the benefits of maintaining the vows, together with guidance and advice beneficial both in the present and in the long term.

Upon the completion of the White Tara transmission, comprising the ripening empowerment, liberating instructions, and supporting reading transmission, the disciples offered Guru Vajradhara a mandala and the three sacred representations as an expression of gratitude.
