From October 14 to 20, 2026, a weeklong retreat on the White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel longevity practice was held at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat in India for devoted disciples from around the world who had gathered to receive the sacred transmission of the ripening empowerment, liberating instructions, and supporting reading transmission of the exalted White Tara, the yidam deity who bestows the supreme siddhi of immortality, from Guru Vajradhara His Holiness Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa.

The monastic seat’s chief chanting master Lama Dönme provided detailed guidance to the retreatants on the visualization sequences of the creation and completion phases, including various stages of the radiation and absorption of light rays, as well as the approach and accomplishment practices, meditations, and mantra recitations of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel that Bestows the Glory of Immortality. He also gave precise instructions on the sequence of liturgical chanting and the proper performance of the accompanying mudras.

Throughout the four daily sessions, the master and disciples engaged in the daily practice of White Tara with profound devotion, sincere aspiration, and great diligence. The retreat concluded auspiciously with an elaborate ganachakra offering.
