On May 20, 2008 at 11:00 am, the the Four-armed Chenrezik (Buddha of Compassion) empowerment was conducted by Kenting Tai Situpa. Kenting Tai Situpa also transmitted a profound teaching to the 7000 devotees who, according to local reporters, participated in the event. Everyone was deeply touched by Kenting Tai Situpa's blessing and his simple, clear and profound teachings that are accessible by all kinds of people.
Many individuals expressed that "in our lifetime, such a clear and very lively teaching has never before been received. We are simple family people and house holders, but still we wish to have more transmission and blessing from Kenting Tai Situpa in near future and this is our prayer."
