NETPAC INDIA organized the second edition of 'The Inner Path', a festival of Buddhism, through Film, Visual and Performing Arts and Philosophy held in New Dehli from 6 - 10 September 2013. The opening ceremony on 6th September 2013 was conducted by His Excellency Salman Khurshid, Foreign Minister of India, and blessed by Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa with a music concert by Dharma Bums at Aza Bhavan ICCR, New Dehli.

On the evening of 7th September 2013, there was a teaching given by Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa on the topic of 'Relevance of Buddhism in the 21st Century' followed by Q&A. Everyone in the audience received the traditional blessing by Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa.
